At Merricart, We Have A 7-Day Return Policy
Q. What should I do if I receive missing units in my order, a wrong product or a damaged item?
A. In case your product has been damaged, or is wrong, or incomplete, you will need to first raise a concern with Merricart within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can mail us a picture of the product at email@example.com, or call us on our toll free number 1800-137-2424, and we will get back to you immediately.
You can then return your order with zero hassles within 7 days of receiving it. The order will either be replaced by the vendor, or you will get a complete refund. Consumable products can only be returned in a sealed condition with the original tags and intact packaging. If there are concerns related to the product, we will be happy to help you raise the concern directly with the seller.
To arrange for a reverse pick up, either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on 1800-137-2424, and we shall arrange the pick up as soon as possible. Please ensure that the product.
Q. How does the refund policy work for a cancelled or return product?
A. In case of refunds, you will be eligible to receive the below options:
1. For a pre-paid order, your money will be returned to you in the mode of payment that you paid from.
2. For a COD order, you can either:
a. Receive the refund via any form of online payment.
b. Merricash – From the 20% merricash earned via the cancelled / refund order, 15% will be deducted from the customer’s Merricart account, and 5% will be available for your perusal as a customer service gesture.
Once you request to replace / cancel or refund the item, Merricart will confirm the action and initiate the required process as per your preference.
Q. What is the process to cancel my order?
A. In case you have done a pre-paid order on a product, and wish to cancel it for whatsoever genuine reasons post the purchase, you can mail us at email@example.com, or call our toll free number 1800-137-2424 for further assistance. We will make sure your order gets cancelled and refund the amount via the mode that you paid from.
In case of COD, there will be no refund, and we will automatically cancel the product.
Please note – Merricart will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or are in transit. Hence, please ensure you cancel your product within 12 hours of placing the order.
In case of non availability of stock, Merricart will make sure you are informed well in advance. You will be given the choice to either order a replacement product, or if the order has already been paid for, a refund will be given to you.
Q. What is the ‘Bulk order’ Policy?
A. Merricart reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Orders’ in case of the below:
a. Invalid address given in order details
b. Any malpractice used to place the order
c. Unable to reach the customer within a certain period of time
Limitation Of Liability
Under no circumstances Merricart’s liability shall exceed giving a customer a replacement of the same product / alternate product of the same value.
These terms and conditions are subject to Indian laws and any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi (India) only.
